Very nice hotel! The only negative feedback is that there was a wedding going on in the hotel in one of our nights and it was unpleasant as a guest of the hotel. When you book a 5 stars hotel you expect to be able to use all facilities. They should’ve informed us in advance about the restrictions of the facilities or at least moved to a quieter room. We only stayed 2 nights and we really wanted to enjoy the hotel facilities but because of the wedding we couldn’t go to the restaurant or use the garden. The party went on through the night and we could hear it in our room. For a high end hotel like that I’d expect more from the hotel admin to manage this situation with the hotel guest when you have an event that would cause disturbances.

From staff to dining, room layout to room view - Suter should be known as a dominant destination - especially if you wish for an exquisite experience. Breakfast = SUPERB! Dining = Breath-taking. The exceptionally high quality of preparation, presentation, freshness of the food. And the way it was cooked - WOW! Beyond any words. The entrance welcomes you with grandeur, and you feel very lucky to be there. Every person genuinely provides excellent service. Definitely would highly recommend this place! This hidden Romanian crown jewel!

I wish I knew his name but one dinner waiter convinced me to have the ribeye medium-rare and it was sensational. Plus the lamb tagine was quite extraordinary. This was truly an experience I will never forget. Thank you all. Even the manager made the effort to come and talk to me on the last day to see how my stay was, which is rare these days.

The location is more than perfect - at a quiet alley, yet in the centre of the city. The view are just perfect, the staff are so nice, polite and extremely professional. Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty. The experience of leisure worth it all This hotel gives good value for money

After a long day travelling the on site restaurant and bar in a gorgeous terrace made our stay. Don’t hesitate booking this, you won’t be disappointed and next time we are in Bucharest we will be coming back here.
